Home Extensions

Single and multi-storey extensions, designed around how you actually live — built carefully from groundwork to final finish.

An extension is a long project through the middle of your home, so the manner matters as much as the build. We keep communication clear and reliable, coordinate the other trades and professionals as Principal Contractor, and keep the site tidy while the new space takes shape.

Loft Conversions

Lofts turned into proper rooms — including zinc-clad dormers, like our Zinc Dormer project.

From structural steels and roof carpentry to rooflights, dormers and the finished room, we handle the conversion end to end. Our Zinc Dormer project shows the ambition we can bring: standing-seam zinc cladding and full-height glazing over original brick.

Refurbishments & Renovations

Whole-house refurbishments and room-by-room renovations, brought up to a very high standard.

Tired houses, dated layouts, properties in a poor state — we strip back carefully, make good decisions where options come up, and finish to the standard our reviews describe. One client had a rental refurbished from a very poor state and said he'd use us again 'of course'.

Kitchen Installation

Kitchens fitted properly — the room prepared, the services in the right places, the finish exact.

A kitchen is joinery, plumbing, electrics and finishing all meeting in one room. We prepare the space properly, coordinate every trade, and fit the kitchen so it looks right on day one and works for years.

Heritage & Listed Buildings

The correct approach for period and Grade 2 listed properties — retaining historic character and fabric.

Older buildings need building methods to match. Clients with a Grade 2 listed property chose us for exactly that knowledge — numerous works through the house, including a very difficult repair to a failed supporting beam and rotted joists, done with the retention of historic fabric in mind.

Structural Repairs

Failed beams, rotted joists and structural alterations — diagnosed and repaired properly.

Structural problems don't forgive guesswork. We work with structural engineers where needed, put the repair method down in writing, and carry out the work carefully — from supporting beams to floor structures.

Bespoke Interiors & Alterations

Internal alterations and bespoke interior work, planned with your designer or with you directly.

Moving walls, opening up rooms, bespoke joinery and interior alterations — measured, planned and executed cleanly, working alongside interior designers where a project calls for it.

Rental Property Refurbishment

Rentals refurbished efficiently and to the standard tenants — and landlords — notice.

For landlords, time and decisiveness matter. We turn up when we say we will, make the right calls when options come up, and hand back a property that's ready to let.

Property Maintenance & Upkeep

Ongoing maintenance and upkeep, from small repairs to planned works.

The same care we bring to a full build, applied to the smaller jobs that keep a property right — with the communication and tidiness clients mention in every review.
