Founded by experienced tradesmen.
Green Fern Building Services is a bespoke building company based on Standen St in Royal Tunbridge Wells, founded by experienced tradesmen and focused on high-end residential work. On larger builds we act as Principal Contractor, working with architects, structural engineers and interior designers so the whole project moves as one.
The work runs from extensions, loft conversions and kitchens to refurbishments, structural repairs and heritage projects — including work on a Grade 2 listed property, where the correct approach to historic character and fabric mattered as much as the finish. Recent named projects include Stokenewington, the Zinc Dormer, Number 91 and The Counter.
