Green Fern Building Services is a bespoke building company in Royal Tunbridge Wells, founded by experienced tradesmen and focused on high-end residential work. On larger builds we act as Principal Contractor, working alongside architects, structural engineers and interior designers so the whole project moves as one.

As Principal Contractor we coordinate architects, engineers and interior designers, and set the plan down in writing — method statements and a scope of works that cover the project from start to finish.

Built, checked, handed over
A tidy, punctual site while we build; the work checked as we go; and completion documents to close the project out properly.
